Your files stay on your device
Tools-Bench runs entirely in your browser. When you use a tool — merging a PDF, resizing an image, hashing text — the file is processed locally on your device. We never upload, store, or transmit your files to any server. Your files never leave your computer. (The page itself loads web fonts and ads from third parties, which is covered below.)
Information we collect
We don't require accounts and we don't collect personal information ourselves. However, the third-party services this site uses (Google AdSense, and Google Fonts for typography) may receive technical data automatically, including your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. Under some laws — such as the GDPR — an IP address and advertising identifiers are considered personal data.
Cookies and advertising
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits.
